Everyone Matters Schools Trust is pleased to offer modern, professional meeting rooms for hire at our trust offices, based at Chapel End Primary School in Billinge, Wigan.

Our spaces are ideal for meetings, training sessions, workshops, interviews and small conferences, providing a welcoming and well-equipped environment. We welcome other school trusts, local schools, educational organisations, businesses, charities, and community groups.

Our spaces

We have two rooms available, which offer a professional, comfortable setting designed to support productive meetings.

Our boardroom sits up to 12 people, and the conference centre sits up to 30 people.

These spaces are suitable for a range of professional uses, including:

  • Team meetings and strategy days
  • Training and CPD sessions
  • Interviews and panels
  • Workshops and small events/conferences

All meeting rooms include:

  • Tables and chairs arranged to your requirements
  • Presentation screen or projector
  • Wi-Fi access
  • Accessible facilities
  • On-site parking (subject to availability)

Refreshments such as tea, coffee and water, plus a light lunch option, can be included when booking.

    Pricing

    Room hire is charged on a competitive two-hourly or half-day basis, with flexible time slots to suit your needs:

    • 9am to 12pm
    • 1pm to 5pm
    • All day (9am to 5pm)

    Boardroom pricing:

    • Two hour rate: £30
    • Half-day rate (up to 4 hours): £40
    • Full-day rate (up to 8 hours): £70

    Conference centre pricing:

    • Two hour rate: £40
    • Half-day rate (up to 4 hours): £75
    • Full-day rate (up to 8 hours): £100

    Final pricing will be confirmed during the booking process.
